Here's a kind of dev diary for the route I am creating for TS2013. Its completely imaginary and is a long way from complete. I'm not even sure if I'll ever release it - its more just for my own enjoyment at the moment. I'm enjoying creating the route far more than actually driving the trains!

Anyway, there are currently three main lines. Two are modern electric lines with over head catenary. The other is a heritage line for steam trains. They all meet at the major station which steals its model from York station. All the lines feature full signalling, both modern lights and vintage semaphore.

Please bear in mind that this are very rough work-in-progress shots. There are lots of empty areas at the moment. But its a start!

First up, here is one of the modern lines. We begin in the main station (I've not come up with any names yet). The Class 91 is freeware from Railworks Depot BTW.

This line heads up into the mountains!

Eventually this route meets up with the second modern line again and ends at a terminus with a big rail yard which i'm in the middle of at the moment.

And now the heritage line. For this we'll take Just Train's A4 Pacific.

This line has its own vintage rail yard complete with turntable and roundhouse.

It also has cows...

And bridges...
